As part of the fee, we provide:

minimum exhibition space, 3 M front and 6 M depth.

for each individual space, the ordering party receives two tickets to SR 2026 (without breakfast),

electricity connection with a capacity of up to 2.5 kW,

fenced and closed at night area of the entire shopping zone,

REGULATIONS OF THE FH-DCE SUPER RALLY® 2026
MARKET STREET /MAY 20-24, 2026/
§ 1 – GENERAL RULES
The Biker Market for the FH-DCE SUPER RALLY® 2026 is organized by the H-DCDK Association, based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The market will feature an exhibition of stands that do not offer catering services.
Applications for participation will be accepted until March 31, 2026, or until all spots are filled.
The Organizer reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
Submitting a signed Exhibitor Application Form constitutes acceptance of these Regulations as well as the Camping and Event Regulations.
§ 2 – PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
To participate in the Biker Market, applicants must express their intent by completing and submitting the Exhibitor Application Form via the website by March 31, 2026. The form must be completed by an authorized representative of the applying entity.
The participation agreement is finalized upon payment of the required fee, based on the submitted Application Form.
The participation fee must be paid via bank transfer to the account specified by the Organizer, by the indicated deadline.
Failure to pay the fee on time will result in removal from the list without prior notice.
The participation fee is 600 Euros for every 3 meters of stand frontage.
§ 3 – ORGANIZATIONAL REGULATIONS
The stand location will be assigned by the Organizer.
Exhibitors must arrive and set up their stands by 20.00 PM on May 19, 2026, at the latest.
Exhibitors may not swap their stand locations without the Organizer’s consent.
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining their stands in an orderly and aesthetically pleasing condition. Waste generated from setup or operation must be regularly removed from the stand and surrounding areas.
After the FH-DCE SUPER RALLY® 2026 concludes, exhibitors must dismantle their stands and return the space to its original state.
The earliest time to vacate the stand area is 08.00 PM on May 24, 2026.
The Organizer will provide electrical connections with a maximum power of 2.2kW.
Exhibitors must hold all necessary permits, certificates, and documents required by Danish law for conducting their business. The Organizer is not responsible for any deficiencies in these documents or their consequences.
§ 4 – ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
Exhibitors must ensure they have all required documents to legally operate their business in accordance with applicable laws.
The sale of goods or services that are prohibited or restricted by law, or those lacking necessary certifications, is strictly prohibited.
The use of open flames, including stoves or grills, is prohibited at the Biker Market due to fire safety regulations.
The Organizer is not liable for damages or losses caused by third parties, the injured party’s fault, force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), power outages, or other unforeseen events.
The Organizer is not liable for damages resulting from the cancellation or interruption of the FH-DCE SUPER RALLY® 2026 Biker Market activities.
§ 5 – INFORMATION CLAUSE (GDPR)

Your personal data collected in connection with your participation in the FH-DCE SUPER RALLY® 2026 will be processed for the following purposes:

Based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, for the purpose of concluding a participation agreement;
Based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, to fulfill legal obligations related to organizing and conducting cultural events;
Based on Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR, to perform tasks in the public interest related to the creation and dissemination of culture and artistic events.
Your data will be stored for the duration necessary to fulfill these purposes, and thereafter for as long as required by applicable law.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data.
You have the right to object to further processing and to withdraw consent for data processing, although withdrawal does not affect the processing that occurred prior to the withdrawal.
Your personal data may be shared with entities authorized by law or based on your consent or contractual agreements.
